By using the El-Daleel website or system you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
The service
El-Daleel is a business management system covering sales, inventory, suppliers, staff, offers and reports, provided according to the package you choose.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the system on the licensed devices according to the agreed package. You may not copy, modify, decompile or resell the system, or share the activation code with others.
Activation
The activation code is bound to the device it is activated on, and the system does not run on another device without our approval.
Packages and prices
The pricing page shows the available packages, and final prices and terms are subject to what is agreed in writing before purchase.
Your responsibility for data
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business data and for keeping backups of it, and we recommend enabling backup regularly.
Support and updates
We provide technical support and updates according to the agreed package or subscription.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to provide a reliable system, but we do not guarantee that it is entirely error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend the license if these terms are breached, after notifying you where possible.
Intellectual property
All rights in the system, the website and the El-Daleel name and logo are reserved to us, and only the usage rights stated in these terms pass to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
